As Luminar Tech SupportMarketplace Manager, you will join the Marketing Team, and will be responsible for growing and scaling our supply side, enhancing buyer experience, and growing Marketplace revenue. You will take over the delivery of the marketplace products, created by our partners (ambassadors, influencers and our internal team), and will be responsible for the custom marketplace projects and campaigns.
Communication with content providers, influencers and ambassadors;
Quality assurance of the provided materials, preparing them for setup;
Testing new products at both Win and MacOS (presets, skies etc);
Setup new products on the Marketplace (visuals, copy);
Terms and conditions setup;
Collaboration with the marketing team in terms of the product development and promo.
Support and Q&A experience;
Previous experience in e-commerce/marketplace projects is a plus;
A data-driven analytical mindset;
Experience managing several projects at once;
Excels at operating in a fast pace, quickly changing environment;
Open to directions and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done;
Creative approach and knowledge of Luminar AI, Neo, Lightroom and Photoshop;
Strong Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Would be a benefit:
Previous experience in the photography/visual arts field;
Previously worked in the Marketing or Support team for at least 1 year;
